novello restaurant and bar was opened in 2004 and over the years since then we have developed an outstanding reputation as a stylish and exciting venue in the very heart of Lytham
novello is a family business run by, Tony Lioveri, his wife Vera and their son Salvatore who is the chef, they previously ran L’Aragosta at the opposite end of Clifton street for 13 years.
Salvatore trained at the Blackpool and the Fylde College and also in Naples and he has a natural culinary flair which is demonstrated by his beautifuly presented and perfectly prepared food.
Our menus offer a broad range of dishes and all of the food in our menus from the breads to the deserts are freshly prepared on the restaurant premisies using only the very finest seasonally fresh ingredients that are available and we also stock an extensive range of fine wines to suite all tastes.

novello restaurant and bar is located on Clifton street, which is the main thoroughfare in Lytham, at the front of the property is a canopied street terrace area where diners can eat alfresco on warm days and evenings.
The restaurant and bar are light, modern and airy situated on two floors the beautiful oak flooring, contemporary lighting and small tables make this an intimate and stylish venue for more discerning diners.
